Lull Telehandlers
Ever since 1959, Lull has been producing telehandlers. Their machines have been designed for load placement with their patented Stabil-Trak stability system. This system offers much more precise placement capabilities. Lull telehandlers provide various optional attachments and these telehandlers could really help you accomplish your needs, while being safe and efficient at the worksite. When precision and accuracy are a must, leave it to a Lull telehandler to complete everything you require.
The Future
Many attachments have been engineered and developed in order to make rough terrain forklifts as efficient as possible. Winches, booms and rotating fork carriages allow the forklift to place materials in a more accurate manner. The articulating booms or booms are available in 2 different extendible arms and can reach up and over structures so as to place loads on interior roof slope settings or in the center of upper floors. New products and attachments are being designed and made all the time and will be available in the future.
A lot of improvements have been made with extra safety features becoming more prevalent. For instance, load-reach management devices can restrict the forklift's reach automatically, based on the load being handled as opposed to depending on the operator. Pressure sensors are utilized in order to determine the load weight. This information is sent to a tiny electronic memory device which had all the load-reach limitations pre-programmed into it.
Once the load is being placed into position, the memory would compare the boom's extension and the boom's angle with the safety limits. There is a warning system or an essential lock-up device which prevents the operator from over-reaching and possibly causing the boom to fail or the forklift to tip over.
