IC or Internal Combustion Lift trucks: The IC lift truck would run on fuels like liquid propane, gas, diesel or compressed natural gas or CNG. They are the best alternative for warehouses and indoor applications. Also, electric forklifts do not need any fuel storage units and they are much quieter to run compared to other units. One of the downsides of the electric models is that they are unable to carry cargo more than 15,000 pounds and therefore, have a slower acceleration than gasoline powered models.
